Each individual may hold only one FC8Win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using a different contact number — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information FC8Win requests during verification. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. FC8Win will never ask for your password and will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain password security.
FC8Win accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All accounts are denominated in PHP and no currency conversion is applied on FC8Win transactions.
The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits credited to your FC8Win account are intended for betting and gaming activity only. FC8Win reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
FC8Win does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the FC8Win account holder. Deposits from unverified third-party sources may be held pending investigation.
FC8Win processes deposits immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing delays caused by payment provider downtime, bank maintenance windows, or network issues are outside FC8Win's control and do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. FC8Win may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution.
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as permitted under applicable regulations. FC8Win will provide at least 30 days' notice before applying any dormancy charges.
FC8Win offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
